(Natural News) One of the healthiest states right now as far as Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “cases” go is Florida, which just so happens to be sunny and warm. Many northern states, meanwhile, which are edging into autumn, are seeingcorresponding uptick in new cases.

Many of these northern states are much more “fully vaccinated” than Florida and other southern states, and yet their residents are getting sick and flooding hospitals in record numbers? How can this be? One answer could be the extra vitamin D that Floridians are getting due to their closer proximity to the equator.

It turns out that the Chinese Virus does not like vitamin D. And southern states that are saturated in more vitamin D from natural sunlight – these also include Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, and Texas – are seeing a corresponding decline in illnesses.

At the very same time, northern states like Vermont, which is currently the most “fully vaccinated” state in the country is seeing a massive surge in hospitalizations. This is due not only to a lack of vitamin D exposure and intake but also to the fact that the jabs are decimating people’s immune systems and creating antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE).

While Mississippi, as another southern example, has seen a sharp decline in new cases of the Fauci Flu, Vermont is seeing its covid cases skyrocket.

“COVID-19 related hospitalizations in the state, one of the worst-hit in the nation, dropped from 1,667 on Aug. 19 to 403 on Thursday,” reported The Epoch Times about Mississippi.

“Vermont … went from one case on July 5 to 286 on Oct. 1, and eight hospitalizations in the month of June to 160 in the month of September, though the metrics have been declining in recent days.”

The government and media are either dumb or liars – or perhaps both

North Dakota is following a similar track to Vermont, even though it is not as “fully vaccinated.” North Dakota is, however, one of the northernmost states in the country, which again points to lack of vitamin D as a risk factor.

“In North Dakota, active cases jumped from 143 on July 5 to 4,485 on Oct. 7 while hospitalizations rose from 9 to 184,” The Epoch Times added.

Hilariously, the government and the mainstream media are going out of their way to obfuscate the truth about vitamin D. Not a single mainstream news outlet has even so much as mentioned vitamin D, while government officials such as Donald Trump appointee Scott Atlas are simply calling it a “seasonal” anomaly.

“We’ve seen some kind of seasonality, or really cycles where we have seen these surges,” added Adnan Munkarah, executive vice president and chief clinical officer for the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan.

These and other “experts” say they just cannot figure out why people in the north always seem to get sicker as winter approaches, while people in the south, which are less impacted by changes in the sun’s angle, fare much better.

Danyelle McNeill, the public information officer for the Arkansas Department of Health, told The Epoch Times in an email that she believes this “is likely due to a decrease in spread of the Delta variant due to a combination of an increasing proportion of the population that is vaccinated and an increasing proportion of the population that has gained temporary immunity because they have been infected and survived COVID-19.”

“My routine includes up to 10,000 IU of D & 30 mg of Zinc, elderberry caps, K2, extra Vit C & E and 1 or 2 high protein (high supplement) shakes,” wrote one man at The Epoch Times about what he takes to stay healthy during the changing of the seasons.

Dr. Ryan Cole talks about how vitamin D, not vaccines, is the key to fighting COVID-19 – Brighteon.TV

09/22/2021 / By Mary Villareal

In the latest episode of The Dr. Ardis Show on Brighteon.TV, Dr. Bryan Ardis speaks with Dr. Ryan Cole about the ongoing treatments for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) in ICUs in the United States.

During the discussion, Cole speaks about the importance of early treatment or prevention of COVID-19 by taking ivermectin and vitamin D before the infection becomes worse.

Vitamin D and ivermectin against COVID

Cole explains that there are about two thousand genes in the human body that are controlled by vitamin D. This makes it the “master key” to the immune system and anyone with at least a mid-range level of vitamin D in their system cannot develop a cytokine storm, which is what kills people in the first place.

He believes that it is not just a viral pandemic, but an international vitamin D-deficiency pandemic where 70 percent of the world is immune-suppressed because of vitamin D deficiency. He also shared that ninety-six percent of people in the ICU due to COVID-19 are actually vitamin D deficient and are susceptible to coronaviruses of any sort.

This deficiency is one of the reasons he does not believe in keeping on masks or social distancing among the population.

Cole discusses how vitamin D is not really a vitamin, but an essential hormone that forms in the skin of humans and animals that are exposed to sunlight.

In humans, the vitamin D hormone is critically important in the development, growth and maintenance of healthy bodily functions. A little bit of vitamin D has a major effect on people.

Cole also touches on the effective use of ivermectin, an anti-parasitic drug that has become quite popular in preventing COVID-19.

Cole says that ivermectin is not only for dogs, cats or horses. In August of last year, ivermectin was found to kill 99.9 percent of coronavirus in Petri dishes.

Four billion people have taken ivermectin since the 1980s, and it has been deemed safe for human use. Some doctors in Texas, Florida and Wisconsin have been using ivermectin in their hospitals and have effectively decreased their death rates by 70 to 90 percent.

Ivermectin, according to Cole, is effective against many viruses, including dengue, and partially against Ebola as well. Most importantly, it is effective against all coronaviruses.

Approval of vaccines disallowed if there is alternative treatment?

Cole also mentions that the federal government cannot legally approve a vaccine if there is an alternative treatment of a disease. With the National Institutes of Health (NIH) being in bed with a private company, there is a conflict of interest in the matter. (Related: Vitamin D deficiency is the primary cause of covid hospitalizations and deaths.)

While he says he is not anti-vaccination, he clearly states that what is being presented today is not a vaccine, but an experimental biological gene therapy.

The mRNA trials in mammals have previously been linked with cancer and autoimmune diseases, and there has been no long-term proven safety. There is a reason healthcare providers do not want to get the vaccines themselves, and it’s because they don’t trust the data presented.

Cole admits that the shots decrease the severity of the disease in hospitalizations, but they don’t fall under the definition of creating pure immunity that can help prevent transmission — if that were the case, masks and social distancing should no longer be necessary.

Listen to more of Dr. Cole’s discussion about vitamin D, ivermectin and the problems with vaccines, masking and social distancing mandates as he speaks with Dr. Bryan Ardis on The Dr. Ardis Show, Wednesdays at 10 a.m. on Brighteon.TV.

Studies link vitamin D deficiency to COVID-19 infections, other diseases

10/05/2021 / By Zoey Sky

Vitamin D is an essential mineral that plays many roles in different systems of the body. Some studies suggest that vitamin D deficiency may be linked to coronavirus (COVID-19).

At least 80 percent of COVID-19 patients are also vitamin D-deficient. According to studies, higher levels of vitamin D can help reduce the rate of positive tests, hospitalizations and mortality related to coronavirus.

Vitamin D levels can affect the development and severity of many diseases. Some health experts believe that optimizing vitamin D levels can help reduce the incidence of infection and death in the general public.

In a 2020 study, researchers examined the serum 25OHD levels of hospitalized patients with coronavirus to find out if it is linked to the severity of the disease. Results revealed that a shocking 82.2 percent of patients with coronavirus are vitamin D deficient, with levels lower than 20 ng/mL. (RelatedVitamin D deficiency increases risk of coronavirus infection.)

The researchers also discovered that more patients with a vitamin D deficiency have heart disease, high blood pressure, high iron levels and longer hospital stays. A different study have also shown similar results for people who tested positive for coronavirus.

In a study published last August in the American Journal of Physiology, Endocrinology and Metabolism, researchers have found that the metabolites of vitamin D can inhibit the replication and expansion of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Why is vitamin D important?

Vitamin D regulates the expression of hundreds of genes. The vitamin also has an important role in biological functions that affect all your bodily systems. Vitamin D deficiency can cause symptoms that are linked to many health problems. (Related: Vitamin D deficiency linked to host of woes.)

You need vitamin D  because it helps maintain adequate levels of calcium and phosphate that you need for normal bone mineralization. It is called the sunshine vitamin because the skin makes vitamin D when you are exposed to ultraviolet light from the sun.

Vitamin D also helps minimize inflammation, which is essential for the modulation of cell growth and immune function. Additionally, vitamin D affects genes that help regulate cell differentiation and apoptosis or programmed cell death.

Signs of vitamin D deficiency

Maintaining the right levels of vitamin D can help lower your risk of viral and bacterial illness during cold and flu season. If you’re immunocompromised, you also need vitamin D to boost your natural defenses against other infections. You can take a blood test to determine your vitamin D levels if you’re worried about possible deficiency.

Watch out for these signs of vitamin D deficiency:

Poor brain health

Vitamin D is important for your brain health. Symptoms of deficiency may include dementia due to an increase of soluble and insoluble beta-amyloid, a factor in Alzheimer’s disease. Data also suggests a link with depression, which may be associated with the function of vitamin D buffering higher levels of calcium in the brain.

According to a study involving patients with fibromyalgia, a vitamin D deficiency is more common in people with anxiety and depression.

Poor sleep quality

While the mechanism linking vitamin D and poor sleep quality still hasn’t been identified, some studies suggest that individuals with low levels of vitamin D have poor quality sleep and a higher risk of developing sleep disorders

Reduced cognitive function

Research has also shown that vitamin D deficiency increases your risk of dementia twofold. A deficiency also increases your risk of impaired cognitive function.

Sweaty head

Excessive sweating, particularly on your head, or a change in your pattern of sweating, can also indicate a vitamin D deficiency.

Heart problems

Data from clinical studies suggests that vitamin D3 improves circulation and high blood pressure.

In one study, scientists reported that vitamin D3 offers benefits for the endothelial cells that line the cardiovascular system. Results revealed that it helped balance concentrations of nitric oxide and peroxynitrite, which then improved endothelial function.

Muscle pain

Almost 50 percent of all adults suffer from muscle pain and scientists think most of those adults are deficient in vitamin D.

According to research, nerves have vitamin D receptors that affect the perception of pain. Results from an animal study even showed that a vitamin D-deficient diet can result in deep muscle hypersensitivity not caused by low levels of calcium.

Fatigue

Fatigue is a common symptom of different health conditions, like sleep deprivation. Scientists have also discovered that supplementing cancer patients experiencing fatigue with vitamin D offers some benefits and improves their symptoms.

Poor muscle performance

Vitamin D deficiency is also common in athletes, especially since the vitamin is  essential for proper muscle development, strength and performance.

Elderly patients taking a vitamin D supplement have shown improved muscle performance. Vitamin D supplementation or sun exposure has also been found to reduce symptoms of stress fractures, musculoskeletal pain and frequent illness.

In one paper from the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, scientists reported that increasing your vitamin D intake can help reduce injury rates and improve sports performance.

Delayed wound healing

In America, at least two percent of the population is affected by chronic wounds.

Chronic wounds account for an estimated 5.5 percent of the cost of health care in the United Kingdom’s National Health Service. Getting enough vitamin helps promote wound healing and the creation of cathelicidin, a  peptide that fights wound infections.

Recurring infections

According to multiple epidemiological studies, vitamin D deficiency can increase the risk and severity of infection, especially if you have respiratory tract infections.

Data also suggests that vitamin D deficiency increases your risk for severe disease and mortality, particularly in patients who are very ill.

Food sources of vitamin D

Aside from spending time outdoors to get your regular does of the sunshine vitamin, you should also incorporate these superfoods into your regular diet to boost your vitamin D intake:

  • Almond mild (unsweetened)
  • Cheese
  • Dairy milk
  • Flounder
  • Herring
  • Kefir
  • Mushrooms
  • Organic soy milk
  • Plain yogurt (unsweetened)
  • Rainbow trout, freshwater
  • Salmon
  • Sardines
  • Tuna

Follow a balanced diet and spend time outdoors to boost your vitamin D intake and improve your overall well-being.

Vitamin D deficiency is the primary cause of covid hospitalizations and deaths

03/31/2021 / By Lance D Johnson

A board-certified pathologist is speaking out about the underlying cause of covid hospitalizations and deaths. Dr. Ryan Cole is the founder of Cole Diagnostics, one of the largest independent laboratories in Idaho. He has studied the real reasons why people suffer from infections. Vitamin D deficiency, which plagues approximately 70 percent of the world’s population, is the real public health issue at hand.

“Normal D levels decrease your COVID symptom severity risk for hospitalization by 90 percent. There have been a lot of placebo-controlled trials that show this all around the world. It is scientific fact, not just a correlation,” said Dr. Cole. “Data shows what kills people. Cytokine storm. If you are in (Vitamin D) mid-level range, you will not die from COVID because you cannot get a cytokine storm.”

Vitamin D deficiency (and covid severity) is prevalent for these groups of people

Some specific groups have more vitamin D deficiency than other people.

African Americans and people with dark skin

Vitamin D deficiency is disproportionate among different races and ethnicity. The melanin content of the skin is a determining factor for how well people absorb the sun’s rays, leading to varying levels of vitamin D production within the skin. Vitamin D deficiency affects roughly 47 percent of Caucasians, 70 percent of Latinos, 72 percent of Native Americans and 83 percent of African Americans. Covid-19 has adversely affected African Americans because their skin is not adept to assimilate vitamin D efficiently. This is not a social disparity, as the media advertises. This is a biological issue, one that should prompt every health authority to encourage the African American community to get more sunlight and supplement with vitamin D during the winter months.

Obesity and old age

Vitamin D deficiency is prevalent for people who are obese, which is one of the other risk categories for severe covid illness. Because vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, it is readily stored in fat cells. Circulating vitamin D levels are higher in people who have a healthy weight.

Vitamin D levels are low for elderly people who live a sedentary life or for those who are confined to a dark nursing home environment. “Ninety percent of deaths in the state have been over 70 years of age. That’s the at-risk population,” said Dr. Cole. “We have stopped our society for something that’s taking people that are already at that death risk age anyway.” He added, “96 percent of people in the ICU are Vitamin D deficient.”

People living in the Northern Hemisphere

Vitamin D deficiency also affects more people in the Northern hemisphere because these populations typically spend less time in the sun. One reason hospitalization will remain high in the North is because people spend more of their time indoors, avoiding the long cold winters and staying away from the sunlight.

Florida, despite its high density, aging population, continues to handle covid-19 more effectively than all the northern states that are locked down, holding people in bondage. Even though Florida has been criticized for being a free and open state, the population was able to have a lower hospitalization and mortality rate because the people have more access to sunlight throughout the year. The warm temperatures are an opportunity for people to get more sun and have a stronger immune system naturally. The spread of viruses is of little concern if healthy people are overcoming the infection more rapidly, as their immune systems become equipped with higher vitamin D levels.

Public health authorities are taking the wrong approach to public health

No one is entitled to live in a virus safe space, nor is this avoidance approach the most effective and safe approach for overcoming infectious disease. Raising the vitamin D level of people and encouraging exposure could more rapidly help the population overcome the virus. The inevitability of virus exposure is not something anyone can completely control anyway. Public health authorities haven taken the wrong approach to public health by restricting, socially ostracizing, and shaming people for spreading infections they do not have, for which there is no evidence, for which no viral load exists in their body. People with normal vitamin D levels overcome the infection and gain immunity.

No one can vaccinate their way out of a vitamin D deficiency. If vitamin D deficiency was adequately addressed, then the demand for vaccines would be nil. The science of vitamin D is often ignored because vaccines need to be profited from and worshiped as the end-all, holy grail of science. Anything else that is more helpful to the body is suppressed and censored to coerce submission to a false savior (vaccines) that carries their own set of risks. There’s no vitamin D mandate, no vitamin D passport system, and no distribution of vitamin D across the country, even though clinical and hospital settings are having tremendous success treating deficiencies and helping patients recover from infection.

(Natural News) Walnuts (Juglans regia) are popular among vegans because these nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Additionally, walnuts are full of nutrients that can help boost brain and cardiovascular health. But according to a study, walnuts can also help optimize the gut microbiometo suppress colon cancer cell growth.”

To date, colon cancer is the third most common type of the disease around the globe. The study, which was published in the journal Cancer Prevention Research, involved a collaboration between researchers from the University of Connecticut Health Center (UCONN) and Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine.

Can walnuts prevent colon cancer?

For the study, the researchers set out to determine the cancer-preventive effects of walnut consumption in mice.

The researchers observed two groups of  mice that were fed two different diets. The first group of mice (the control group) received a standard lab mouse chow and the second group was given a chow that mimicked the nutritional profile of the typical American diet. Subsets of both groups of mice were given walnuts.

The findings showed that the mice that were fed the American diet fortified with seven to 10.5 percent walnuts had fewer incidents of colon cancer. The researchers noted that the reduction in colon cancer rates was particularly pronounced in male mice, which had at least 2.3 times fewer tumors than the female subjects.

Take note that the human equivalent to the average amount of walnuts given to the mice in the study is an ounce per day, or 14 half-walnut pieces. The study offers very promising results concerning the effects of walnuts against tumor growth.

The nutrient profile of walnuts

As the days go by, researchers uncover more proof that walnuts can help fight cancer. Experts posit that walnuts function as a probiotic that can help optimize the gut microbiome. In turn, this helps to promote a healthy colon while also suppressing both cancer cell and tumor growth. (Related: Walnuts inhibit cancer development, slow its growth, and kill cancer cells.)

Walnuts are unique because they are the only with plant-based omega-3s. Walnut phytonutrients and lipid extracts possess multiple healing components that can help target and kill cancer cells. These nuts are also rich in vitamin E, which has been associated with cancer prevention.

They also contain:

·         Calcium

·         Copper

·         Fiber

·         Iron

·         Magnesium

·         Manganese

·         Phosphorus

·         Protein

·         Vitamin B6

Walnuts also have other unique cancer-inhibiting compounds such as the flavonol morin 4, the quinone juglone, and the tannin tellimagrandin.

Aside from their cancer-fighting properties, walnuts can also help prevent various illnesses associated with poor lifestyle and diet choices. The regular consumption of walnuts may help lower your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and neurological disorders. Research also suggests that walnuts can help boost bone health.

Based on the results of this study, it is safe to assume that eating walnuts can help lower your risk of developing colon cancer.

You can add more walnuts to your diet by:

·         Adding them to salads.

·         Adding walnuts to plain yogurt or oatmeal with fruits.

·         Making a pesto sauce with walnuts.

·         Making homemade granola with a mixture of dried fruits, nuts, and seeds.

·         Making walnut bread.

To keep things simple, you can also eat on a handful of walnuts for a savory snack that will help you feel full. Just make sure you eat only one ounce of walnuts a day since consuming more than that may put too much stress on your digestion.

Avoid walnuts if you are allergic to nuts, and supervise children when giving them walnuts because they may choke on larger pieces.

To lower your colon cancer risk, eat walnuts regularly, exercise every day, follow a healthy diet, and make positive lifestyle changes.

The dangers of 5G pollution cannot be overstated

Tuesday, November 10, 2020 by: Cassie B.

Tags: 5g5g dangers5G pollutionbadcancerbadhealthbadpollutiondangerous techmillimeter wave frequenciesradiationWi-Fi

(Natural News) As the new fifth-generation (5G) wireless technology rolls out around the world, it is important to keep in mind that its widespread use does not mean that it is safe. In fact, many studies have shown quite the opposite, prompting moratoriums and bans in some areas.

Here is a closer look at some of the biggest dangers posed by 5G technology.

1.    Your body can absorb it like an antenna.

Perhaps one of the most disturbing things about 5G is the fact that its frequencies can affect your sweat ducts, which essentially serve as antennas. According to scientist Dr. Paul Ben-Ishai, 5G frequencies hit the body with wavelengths that interact with the geometrical structure of skin, with the sweat duct playing an important role in absorbing the energy. That alone should be enough to prompt a much closer look at the safety of this technology before it is rolled out everywhere.

2.    It may cause cancer.

The millimeter wave frequencies used by 5G have been shown to cause mitochondrial DNA damage, which can be passed down for generations. And when something is dangerous and powerful enough to lead to DNA damage, there is a good chance that it can also cause cancer. Unfortunately, in the rush to get 5G out to the masses, there has not been enough time to conduct proper long-term safety tests. However, we do have a lot of evidence showing that 2G, 3G and 4G can cause many types of cancer, including brain cancer.

3.   It may replicate inside the body.

Long before 5G technology was inexplicably approved, RF researcher Arthur Firstenberg published an analysis showing how 5G can actually replicate inside the body thanks to its short EM pulses that are delivered in bursts. This means it can actually end up creating tiny new 5G antennas inside the body. 5G penetration therefore poses a very serious danger.

4.    Insurance companies want nothing to do with it.

Big-name insurance companies such as Lloyds of London have made headlines for refusing to insure telecommunications firms against illnesses and claims related to Wi-Fi and 5G. In fact, a report written by the risk assessment team of Lloyds of London compares wireless technologies to asbestos in the sense that early research on asbestos was considered inconclusive but it later became clear that it can indeed cause cancer. This report was published nearly a decade ago, and even then, their risk assessment team had the foresight to anticipate that new evidence could emerge showing that Wi-Fi frequencies can cause illnesses like cancer.

5.    It has already made some people sick.

A group of firefighters in San Francisco said that they started to experience unusual side effects after the installation of 5G equipment in and around their fire houses. Some of the symptoms included confusion and memory problems, and they went away after the firefighters relocated to different fire stations that are situated away from 5G devices.

6.    It is harming animals.

In addition, hundreds of birds actually fell out of the sky in the Netherlands while a 5G test was being carried out in the Hague. Many of them died suddenly at once, falling down into a public park directly across the street from where the new 5G mast had just been installed. Area ducks also started to act strangely. Meanwhile, insects who are exposed to 5G have seen their body temperature increase, something that does not happen to them upon exposure to 4G or Wi-Fi.

The bottom line is that the dangers of 5G pollution cannot be overstated. It’s bad for animals, it’s bad for people, and it’s especially bad for young children, whose small body sizes and developing brains make them particularly vulnerable. There are many signs that the long-term effects of all this 5G exposure could be absolutely devastating.
