BlackRock: the company that owns the world. You may have never heard of them, but I guarantee they're having some kind of impact on your life, your debt, the cost of things in the world around you, and even our environment.

I wanted to create a little bit of a different video here, to shine some light on some of the reasons the world is the way it is, especially in regards to the economic state of things. Sometimes, you might think that debt, credit, ownership, and prices are just the way they are by accident. But here, I'll show you that due to the way the world is owned, a lot of this is on purpose.

This is scary. Really scary. And what's concerning is BlackRock (and their main competitor Vanguard) is only getting more and more powerful by the day. But the good news is, the power is in our hands.

The housing market is about to be reset. What is the future of housing, will you be able to buy 

your own house in the future.

World Economic Forum vision for society after Covid was titled The Great Reset. With goals of a stakeholder economy, resilient, equitable and sustainable. Lot of positives, growth would be focused on green growth, smarter growth, and fair growth. This will be involved investment in green infrastructure, re skilling work forces.

 

Some groups have tried to attach some conspiracy to The Great Reset. I am not claiming that there is any new world order element attached to the Great Reset. I believe it is a positive plan at its heart.

However, some concerns have been raised around "you will own nothing and be happy". While I do not see a conspiracy I do see that owning your own home or property is becoming a harder task for both home buyers, first time buyers and investor, landlords. Governments are buying up more and more houses and there is a drive for more social and state housing.

World Economic Forum takes place in Davos and many high profile politicians and business leaders from finance and technology meet to discuss the future. The last discussion was on how to rebuild society after covid.

To think a search in to black swan events triggered this video and it got me thinking how real estate and the property market is changing.
